Meet the Guest Speakers of OLMUN 2025

OLMUN 2025 is just around the corner, and this year’s event is going to be very special. There are some amazing guest speakers who will join to share their experience and ideas. They all come from different backgrounds but have one thing in common: they want to make the world a better place. Here’s a quick look at who they are and what they do.

Svenja Hahn – Patron of OLMUN 2025

Svenja Hahn is a Member of the European Parliament and the official patron of OLMUN 2025. She works on important topics like digital rights, youth participation, and democracy in Europe. Svenja is passionate about helping young people get involved in politics and shaping the future. She’s a great role model and a strong supporter of international cooperation.

Jürgen Krogmann

Jürgen Krogmann is a local politician from Oldenburg who has been involved in politics for many years. He is known for supporting education, culture, and youth projects in the city. During his time as mayor, he worked closely with schools and organizations to help young people become more active in their communities. At OLMUN, he brings the perspective of someone who understands how local action can lead to global impact. His support for events like OLMUN shows how important it is to connect students with real political processes.

Beate Streicher

Beate Streicher is an expert in education and civic engagement. She has spent many years working with schools and youth programs to help students understand how democracy works and why it matters. Beate believes that learning doesn’t just happen in classrooms – it also happens when young people take part in discussions, ask questions, and share their ideas. She often leads workshops and projects that focus on human rights, tolerance, and respectful communication.

António Guterres

António Guterres is the Secretary-General of the United Nations. He is one of the most important people in international politics today. He works hard to promote peace, protect the environment, and support people in need around the world. Having him as a speaker at OLMUN is a great honor and shows how important this event is.

These four speakers bring powerful messages and ideas to OLMUN 2025. They will encourage all participants to think globally, act locally, and work together for a better future. We can’t wait to hear what they have to say!
