Just like in previous years, we are hosting numerous evening activities this year at OLMUN.
On June 21st after the opening ceremony, the annual barbecue took place at 6 pm at the "Graf-Anton-Günther-Schule." This was the first of three activities, the other ones being volleyball and other games on Wednesday and the OLMUN party on Thursday. It is the perfect opportunity to get to know other participants of OLMUN, have fun and experience the typical OLMUN spirit.
The evening started off great with delicious food, good music and dancing. The Inner Circle provided sausages, also vegan ones, grilled cheese, as well as drinks right at the venue for the participants. There was also the possibility to purchase our OLMUN cups, as well as OLMUN merch, like polo shirts with the OLMUN logo or the skyline of Oldenburg. This event was significant for meeting other delegates and participants in a more casual environment and connecting with each other before the actual committee sessions are starting. Especially meeting international participants is a great chance to get to know other cultures, especially at an international event like OLMUN.
